Online Sale – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, letter l) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, applicable to distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs (except for return shipping) and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day they physically receive the goods.

Return Procedure

  • Returns must be made with the presentation of the invoice and/or proof of payment.
  • Goods must be returned in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer (Art. 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014).
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal declaration to:

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used in the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.
  • The 14-day period is respected if the goods are sent before the end of the period.

Return Conditions for Individual Customers

  • Returns of fully executed services are not accepted.
  • Goods whose price depends on market fluctuations outside the seller's control cannot be returned.
  • Customized or made-to-order goods are not returnable.
  • Perishable goods or those liable to deteriorate quickly cannot be returned.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened are not accepted.
  • Goods mixed with other items after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Products not falling under these exceptions must be returned in perfect condition with proper packaging.
  • For kits or sets, all items must be returned to guarantee a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving and verifying the goods.

Return Conditions for Companies

  • Procedures are defined by Milagre Lda, as there is no mandatory legislation for companies.
  • Returns are only accepted if goods are in perfect condition with intact packaging, within 14 calendar days.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the client company.
  • Failure to meet these conditions allows Milagre Lda to refuse the return.
  • These conditions do not affect the warranty of defective products.
